Born in 1978, Peter Dijkstra began singing as a boy in The Roden Boys Choir, singing most of the solo-parts, and separate solo’s, until his voice changed. In 1987, he sang the first boy in a production of Mozart’s Magic Flute by The Netherlands Opera Foundation. In 1989 he sang the aria from the Queen of the Night in Goningen and he sang the theble solos in G.F. Handels ’Messiah’ and the Requiem by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
